We want your STILSKII jewellery to feel like treasures forever. All pieces are carefully checked before dispatch, if however you notice any damage or in case of damage during shipping, we will replace it for you. Please reach out to us using our contact number +91-9783928337 or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the piece to report a problem. We do not offer exchanges on purchases for hygiene reasons. If however, you would still like to request an exchange for any reason, please email us. Please note your exchange will be subject to additional charges based on the nature of the request.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where we cannot provide an exchange:
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some variations from the photographs on our website. "Jewelry will not be considered as faulty or damaged."

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged.
