Shipment processing time
Our team endeavors to process and ship orders within 2-3 working days. In case of peak seasons or high volumes of orders, your shipment might take a few additional days to be delivered. If you are experiencing a significant delay in receiving your order, please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org

For our International customers, minimal shipping charges will be applicable and this will be charged at the time of order booking. The shipment will be delivered by one the following carriers:
Tracking an order
Once you’ve successfully placed an order our website, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking code. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. Look for “Orders” under the “My Account” section and enter your Order no. and E-mail to proceed. Order will be effective on the same day as long as they are made before 2:00 p.m. (Those made after that will be processed the next day).
Stilskii is not responsible for delays in the orders due to causes beyond our company.
We know how exciting receiving a package can be and that’s why we put in extra care into the packaging. Expect each Stilskii piece to come in a beautiful box accompanied with a pouch, for storage of the product when not in use. We consider it our responsibility to deliver the product at your doorstep, and as a part of assuring that the product is perfect, we urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
